Waterford Advisors today announced its merger with Stone Bridge
Management. The combined firms, which will operate as Waterford Advisors LLC,
provide corporate valuation, strategic assessment and professional management
services to life science and technology firms.
“This joins three complementary services under one brand”, said Peter
Leitner, managing partner of the combined firms, “yet retains the objectivity
and flexibility that our clients demand. While this echoes the market’s renewed
interest in unbiased advice, it’s an affirmation of the way we’ve served
clients for the past decade.”
Waterford Advisors was established in 1993 in New York and provides
corporate finance and strategic advisory services to healthcare and IT firms.
Stone Bridge Management was founded in 2001 and provides professional
management services to emerging and established life science and IT companies.
The combined firms will be headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
